2. Description of Service

Mealbench is a recipe management application that allows users to:

Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload or share content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malicious code or viruses
• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable
• Contains personally identifiable information of others without consent
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or modify any User Content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Mealbench only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

Free and Paid Services

Mealbench may offer both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions grant access to premium features as described on our pricing page.

Billing

For paid subscriptions:

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Availability

Mealbench is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Recipe Information

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any recipes, nutritional information, or cooking instructions on Mealbench. Users are responsible for verifying information and ensuring food safety.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mealbench shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your data
• Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code transmitted through the service
• Any errors or omissions in content
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the service

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mealbench, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
